Reservation Details: Advance reservations required. Please call 207-244-5388. A credit card number is required to confirm and guarantee reservation for all stays. Providing your credit card number serves as acceptance of our policies. Balance is due upon arrival with registration. All rates are confirmed at time of reservation and do not include lodging tax.

Method of Payment: We accept traveler's checks, cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX.

Minimum Stays: A minimum stay of 2 nights is required for the Deluxe Studio and Studio cottages.  A minimum stay of 4 nights is required for the Suite cottages.  However, we will accept reservations for shorter periods if we have rooms available.
 
Confirmation Details: Email or written confirmation and directions will be sent after deposit is received. 

Arrival and Departure Details: Cottages are available on the day of arrival between 2:00-6:00 p.m. If you will be arriving after 6 pm, please be sure to make arrangements with us ahead of time. Cottage must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
 
Cancellation Details: Reservations may be canceled per the following policy.

• Cancellations received 30 days or more before contracted arrival date will result in a $35 cancellation fee.
• Cancellations received within the 30 days of arrival date will incur a $35 cancellation fee if the entire contracted reservation period can be re-booked. If the reservation period cannot be re-booked, a cancellation fee equivalent to either a 2 night stay for reservations of 6 nights or more or a 1 night stay for reservations of less than 6 nights will be assessed.
• No refunds will be given for early departures

Pets: For the comfort of our guests with allergies or a fear of animals, we do not permit pets.
 
Smoking: For the health and comfort of all guests, we do not allow smoking within any building on the property. Smoking is permitted outside the cottages, but please do not litter grounds with cigarette butts. This also helps to avoid fires, especially during dry spells. Also be aware of whether your smoke is blowing towards other guests who are sitting out or who may have their cottage windows open. We reserve the right to ask you not to smoke if it is bothering others.

Quiet Hours: We observe quiet hours from 9 pm to 9 am to allow everyone to enjoy the tranquility of the property. Please be respectful of other guests by keeping the noise to a minimum during this time.

Bicycles: We are both avid cyclists and appreciate a good ride.  However, we ask that you do not store bicycles inside the cottages.  You can secure your bikes on cottage deck or on your car.  Alternately, you are welcome to use our storage cabin that provides a convenient, dry and secure place to store bikes.  Bikes can be rented at several locations if you would rather not bring your own.  Southwest Cycle is the most convenient (2 blocks) and has a consistently good reputation for bike rentals.

Management reserves the right to decline accommodation and to demand the immediate withdrawal of any persons not complying with the conditions, or for any conduct detrimental to the property or to the comfort of other guests.
